We teach you how to control your cravings and set up a weight loss plan for your busy lifestyle. There are no foods or pills to buy. You just don’t need them.

Q: How long will it take me to lose the weight?
A: Every person is so individual. However, healthy, permanent weight loss is anywhere from 1-2 pounds per week. Our clients not only lose pounds but SEVERAL inches as well. Our clients see a whole new body shape.
Q: What if I have a medical condition?
A: We ask that you check with your physician before commencing any program. Doctors recommend our program to their patients as well. You will learn the foods that will work for you if you have high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, chron’s and so forth.
